Elvaston Lodge Residential Home provides accommodation for older people who require residential care, personal care or dementia care. Respite care is also offered for relatives who need a break from caring for a loved one. The home is situated in Derby and is a purpose built homes which specialises in residential care for dementia. The home provides excellent care and has a wonderful team who generally care about residents welfare. The management is happy to answer any questions and have an open door policy. The home’s chef prepares a menu of tasty meals, and the dietary requirements and food preferences of residents are taken into account.

Our Team
We have a diverse, professional care team here at Elvaston Lodge Residential Home. All our employees are dedicated to the care of our residents and regularly take part in further professional development training. This is delivered both on-site through St Albans Nursing Home and from external sources.

We believe it is never too late to make new friends and discover a new hobby. Our activity program is designed to provide interaction, interest or even a comforting chat.
The home employs an activities co-ordinator to facilitate activities and outings tailored to the individual’s needs.
